This coconut mojito is delicately flavoured and zesty. You'll love the fragrant basil, juicy lime juice, and sweet white rum and coconut water aromas.
INGREDIENTS
1 sprig of Basil, plus more for garnish
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz Syrona Agave Syrup
2 oz Lula White Rum
2 oz Coconut Groove coconut water
2 oz Midnight Mixers soda water
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine basil, lime juice and Agave syrup in a cocktail shaker. Gentle muddle the basil to release the flavours.
Add rum and coconut water, fill with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain the mixture over ice into a highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of basil.
