Madre Mezcal

Madre is an artisanal mezcal, made by hand in the rolling hills of the Oaxacan Sierra.

Watching over the land for centuries, our mezcaleros started distilling the spirit of mezcal for the intent of personal guidance and celebration. They would like to share that spirit with respect and gratitude.

Made by hand from the earth, a blend of two types of agave unlocks natural flavours often hidden behind the smoke—the most natural spirit. Using the same artisanal processes used for centuries, every drop of Madre carries the natural tastes of the agave and earth from which it comes. With less smoke than most Mezcals, Madre opens palates to an exploration of sweet and mineral flavours, with subtle tones of sage.

Madre Ensamble is crafted to redefine the perception that all mezcal is overly smoky by balancing the flavours of Espadin and Cuishe agaves. It’s the perfect first taste for a new mezcal drinker or a great everyday sipper for the mezcal aficionado.
