A 100% Cinsault cuvee, from vines about thirty years old, farmed organically and planted on a 15-are parcel of slightly sandy, clayey-limestone soils, facing southwest. The grapes are handpicked and carefully sorted in the vineyard. Vinification: the grapes are destemmed, eight weeks of maceration in stainless steel tanks, gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, and 6 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks. No additives, and above all zero added sulphur!
