Salomon, Brut Nature Rose is an aged sparkling wine made from Zweigelt grapes grown in terraced vineyards outside the historic centre of Krems. It is dominated by a continental climate with warm summers, cold winters and noticeable fluctuations in day and night temperatures, which allows the grapes to develop a rich aroma while maintaining crisp acidity. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand during the first week of September. At the winery, the grapes are macerated for 3 hours to obtain a beautiful pink colour, then the juice is separated from the pulp by soft pressing.
